General Secretary

Peter is an Organizational Psychologist with experience across fields of Administration including Peace Building, and Project Management

Patrick Ajuna

Agronomist

Patrick is an expert in Agronomy / Crop production, Pests and Weed Management Systems and soil improvement.

Gilbert Mwebesa

Farmers Representative

Gilbert is an Electrical Engineer and a model farmer within our area of operation and represents our village Self-help groups (VSLAs).

Uganda Team

Diana Byali

Executive Director

Diana is a sociologist, mentor and entrepreneur. She leads our Secretariat and oversees operations in Uganda.

Allan Bangonza

Administrative Assistant

Allan is a development practitioner with expertise in community development strategies and youth engagement.

Oliver Namusisi

Administrator

Oliver is a social worker with 4 years’ experience in project management. She is in-charge of the day-to-day running of our Secretariat.

Ritah is experienced in Financial Administration. She supports our Accounts department.

Nolbert is a Social Entrepreneur and a Rotarian. He provides strategic leadership to the Foundation and engagement of the Board, Advisors and stakeholders.

Rasmus Lang Tvede Hedegaard

Co-Founder

Rasmus is a Social Entrepreneur, working with gender-equality, fatherhood, and facilitating the green transition in Europe. He assists with fundraising and administration.

Communications

Cicek is a translator and editor with 15 years of experience. She assists with copy-editing and social media content creation.

Events Coordinator

Shanil is a R&D Scientist, working in a polymer-based company. He is responsible for contacting potential collaborators and event coordination.

Fundraising

Okan is a chemical Engineer, pursuing his PhD at DTU. He is responsible for grant applications.
