Giving Hope Foundation is a Denmark-based non-profit supporting locally led climate and youth initiatives in East Africa through partnerships, project development and knowledge exchange.

We support locally led organisations by sharing practical knowledge on soil health, sustainable farming, livelihoods and community development, while connecting local experience with research, funding and international partnerships.

Improving Livelihoods
We support locally led approaches that strengthen soil health, improve food security and make smallholder farming systems more resilient. Our focus is on practical solutions such as composting, agroecology, farmer learning, sustainable value chains and research-based innovation.
We support locally led climate solutions that strengthen community resilience, protect natural resources and restore ecosystems. Our focus is on practical approaches such as agroforestry, tree planting, clean cooking, renewable energy, climate adaptation and nature-based solutions.

Our current work includes international project collaboration through Green Bridges and our partnership with Soil Health and Climate Action Network (SHCAN) in Uganda.
